Water is a key element for the surface treatments sector. From chrome and zinc to nickel and copper plating, water plays a leading role in several process phases and, for this reason, represents a triple problem:

  1. the cost of the water itself
  2. its disposal cost
  3. the need to protect the environment

To these purposes, VWS Italia offers technological solutions for:

  • Reduction of volumes to be disposed
  • Recycling of the concentrate into the production process (for applications as chrome and nickel plating)
  • ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge)
