VWS Italia operates through three operating divisions: Solutions, Industrial Design & Build and Service, all located in the north of Italy.

The Solutions Division is located in Zoppola (Pordenone province) and develops technological standard solutions for waste water treatment, process water production and WFI.

The Industrial Design & Build Division operates in Parma and develops tailor-made solutions for waste water treatment, odor control and production of biogas from biomasses.

The Service Division is located in Zoppola and offers a comprehensive after-sales service including consulting, maintenance, analysis, water treatment chemicals, and temporary mobile units.
